Building Wash in Perham, MN

I was contacted about this dental office in Perham, MN. The owner was concerned about the buildings overall appearance. The building was full of cobb webs, wasps nests, dirt and grime. The building had board and batt siding, so I explained the process of cleaning board and batt siding to the client. By using a process called "ball valving" we are able to control the amount of pressure you use and safely remove the cobb webs, dirt and debris without damaging the siding on the building, which is imperative especially on a board and batt siding which can be sensitive to excessive pressure. After Kossan Pressure Washing Services completed the building cleaning job the building had a fresh new look, increasing curb appeal on the building!
